Job Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bengaluru.
- Oversee sales operations within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Manage a team of sales representatives.
- Ensure that sales targets are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market analysis for business insights.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Team management and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaboration with internal teams.
- Analytical skills for market analysis and performance evaluation.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills for tackling challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
