Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jira Administrator role located in Bengaluru South. The Jira Administrator will manage, configure, and maintain the Jira platform to support agile project management and workflow optimization. Daily responsibilities include customizing workflows, creating dashboards and reports, managing project templates, resolving issues, and ensuring the system operates efficiently to support team collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Jira administration, including managing workflows, permissions, and custom fields
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including configuring dashboards and generating reports
  • Experience in system integration and maintenance
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
