Job Description - Perform Jira or Jira Service Desk migrations, including data transfer, system configuration, and integration. - Configure Jira projects, issue types, workflows, screens, permissions, and notification schemes to align with business needs. - Develop, maintain, and optimize custom scripts using tools such as ScriptRunner. - Manage and troubleshoot Jira-related issues, ensuring smooth system operation and high availability. - Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements and implement tailored Jira solutions. - Provide user support, guidance, and training for Jira best practices. - Maintain documentation using Confluence and Excel for system processes and configurations. - Stay updated with the latest Jira features, plugins (e.g., Insights, ScriptRunner), and industry best practices. - Ensure Jira harmonization across projects and departments. Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in Jira administration, including migration, configuration, and scripting. - In-depth understanding of Jira's core functionality, plugins, and API integration. - Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or JavaScript. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process optimization. - Experience documenting processes using Confluence and managing data in Excel. - Jira certification is an advantage.
