We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Senior Level) to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Hindi, a strategic mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Both experienced candidates and ambitious freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to guide improvements
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in sales or related field preferred, but freshers with strong motivation will also be considered
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
