Job Description:
The Regional Head is responsible for driving comprehensive growth across multiple branches within the region. This role encompasses oversight of GL growth, operations, recovery, NPA management, and customer service. The Regional Head will also lead business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Guide, train, and manage lower-level management and supervisors to foster a high performance culture.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to upper management, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.
Organize and implement training programs for staff across the region to enhance skills and service quality.
Ensure all branches comply with safety, health, and business regulations, maintaining a culture of compliance.
Uphold company standards of excellence in service delivery, guaranteeing high quality performance across all branches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute large events aimed at promoting business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability at the branches under supervision
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years in a management role with experience in delegating tasks and leading teams.
Strong analytical skills to manage financial data and track regional profitability.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
Competence in managing multiple priorities and resolving issues effectively.
Strong understanding of company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong skills in customer service, particularly in resolving disputes and enhancing customer relations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
