We have opening for Medical Social Worker/Transplant Coordinator

Qualification - Master of Social Work

Experience - 1 to 8 yrs.

  • Managing Complete Transplant as Transplant Coordinator
  • Facilitating, meeting and counseling of live donor and patients
  • Maintaining all legal documentation related transplant and maintaining data as per DHS guidelines
  • Coordinating with ZTCC, Transplant team, OT, Blood Banks, Molecular lab of other hospital etc. for cadaver donor maintenance and organ transplants
  • Coordinating with different departments regarding reports
  • Taking round of dialysis department
  • Maintain trackers, documents of all licenses
  • Attending required meetings of ZTCC and other government authorities
  • Responsible for all internal and external audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
