As we transition into a SaaS-first approach, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand the market presence, and position us as the industry leader in SaaS-based DMS & SFA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales, sales, and marketing efforts, with a strong focus on SaaS and enterprise sales.
  • Sell enterprise-grade solutions such as ERP, CRM, SFA, BI, SCM, and DMS to mid-to-large scale enterprises.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, present product offerings, and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline (3x coverage) through research, cold outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospects.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management during high-level client engagements.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospects and sales activities in CRM.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the product team to tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate with clarity—written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
