Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer accounting processes, including reconciliations, collections, reporting, and compliance. The role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy of customer ledgers, smooth financial closures, and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time 
in-office role
 requiring strong collaboration with the finance and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer and store ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage the full cycle of collections and receipts for domestic and export sales.
  • Drive the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including bank reconciliations, customer aging, and collection summaries.
  • Ensure timely issuance of credit/debit notes and accurate clearance of customer entries.
  • Collaborate with business and finance teams to address queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple deliverables effectively.
