Job Description - Inside Sales Calling (Outbound) Process

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing

team in the Outbound call based sales process. In this role, you will engage with potential

lead customers via calls, understand their diagnostic needs, recommend appropriate

services or health packages, and convert into confirmed bookings. This is a voice role ideal

for candidates with strong verbal communication skills and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

● Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote diagnostic services and health packages.

● Understand customers' health requirements and suggest appropriate diagnostic solutions.

● Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and offers to encourage bookings.

● Effectively handle objections and questions to build trust and drive conversions.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.

● Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.

● Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery

● Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Graduate (any stream) or equivalent qualification.

● 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare industry

experience preferred).

● Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.

● Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.

● Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

● Proficiency in using CRM tools and system usage.
