Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 9–12 years as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably with strong exposure in the Real Estate sector
  • Legal Expertise:
  • Excellent in legal drafting and documentation
  • In-depth knowledge of RERA compliance, litigation handling, and corporate law
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Qualifications: LLB or LLM from a recognized institution
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional command over English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle legal matters independently and confidently
  • Attributes: Young, dynamic, and proactive professional with leadership potential
