About the Role
Proaxis Solutions is looking for a dynamic and versatile Associate - Marketing & Client Relations to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, engaging with clients, and driving business growth through marketing and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:
Handle day-to-day management of company social media platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Content Marketing:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital channels.

Cold Outreach & Email Marketing:
Execute lead generation campaigns through outreach and personalized email marketing strategies.
•
Front Desk Management:
Welcome clients and visitors, manage calls, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
•
Record Keeping:
Maintain registers, databases, and essential business records.
•
Client Handling:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery.
•
Sales Growth:
Support sales efforts, identify opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and outreach strategies.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for client engagement and business growth.
• Prior training or internship experience in marketing, client relations, or front desk roles is a plus.
