Job Title

Field Area Sales Manager (ASM)

(Also referred to as Territory Sales Manager / Field Sales Manager)

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Customer Interaction

  • Visit customers on the ground within the assigned area
  • Pitch and explain NoBroker products and services to property owners, landlords, and tenants
  • Convert leads into customers and close sales

2. Territory Management

  • Plan and execute daily field activities to maximize coverage and sales
  • Manage assigned territory efficiently to increase market penetration
  • Maintain daily activity reports, customer details, and follow-ups

3. Target Achievement

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Track performance and work on strategies to improve conversions

4. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team

5. Market Awareness

  • Understand local market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience in field sales, real estate sales, or B2C sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Willingness to travel daily within the assigned area
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
