  • Manage Technology Risk reporting framework associated policies, processes and controls.
  • Manage reporting requirements resulting from governance forums (i.e. Technology Risk Forum, Service Book) and other stakeholders where relevant. This will include coordination of data gathering and ensuring the integrity of reported information.  
  • Lead the Technology risk awareness culture across Technology  
  • Lead the quality assurance of all meeting packs and Board papers produced by TGRC  
  • Develop a strong understanding of the strategy of the business, and utilise knowledge of the Technology risk environment /requirements, in order to manage the reporting suite (including the agreement of KRI's, KCIs  and KPI's).  
  • Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders across Technology to capture appropriate risk metric data.  
  • Assess the impact of any new reporting requirements on the existing reporting commitments and that of those who need to input to additional requirements.  
  • Lead the engagement with the 2nd Line of Defence Technology Risk and 3rd Line of Defence teams with a focus on standardising the Technology Risk reporting process.  
  • Lead the Identification and delivery of continuous improvement and quality standards for reporting.
