Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Product Success Lead
Position Overview:
The Product Success Lead will be a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and driving a Delivery Quality Index program that will impact our entire organization. This role requires a strategic visionary with exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience managing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, high-stakes transformations and will be adept at navigating organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
. Project Governance
o Serve as the primary liaison between the executive leadership team, project teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
o Establish and enforce project governance structures and best practices to clearly communicate project status, risks and actions holistically
. Change Management:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities (RFPs/RFIs), Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
o Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive adoption for Enterprise360.
o Work closely with the product team to understand the features and benefits of Enterprise360 and develop compelling value propositions.
o Create and refine messaging for various customer segments and run effective campaigns to communicate the platform%27s unique selling points
o Create and deliver on Learning & development needs of the users by building relevant knowledge assets
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to guide product and marketing strategies. Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine and improve Enterprise360 features and offerings.
. Skills:
o Excellent with curating and presenting information (MS office skills)
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
o Exceptional content writing skills
o Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
. Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly
desirable.
