Role Summary

As the City Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery across plant care services, project management, and supply chain coordination within your assigned city. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely execution of projects, maintaining service quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency, while also being accountable for city-level P&L and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage all city-level operations including project execution, supply chain, vendor management, and team coordination to ensure seamless delivery.


• Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality.


• Drive business growth by aligning operations with customer needs and market demands, ensuring superior customer experience.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, sales, and logistics to meet deadlines and project targets.


• Monitor and control operational budgets, plans, and forecasts, contributing to city-level Profit & Loss management.


• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and team performance.


• Build and nurture relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and project delivery.


• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to sustain continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills


• Any Bachelor's Degree


• A certification in project management is a plus.


• 7-10 years of proven experience in operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in service or logistics-led industries.


• Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams and large scale projects.


• Expertise in operations planning, process optimization, and budget management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and externally.


• Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in analyzing operational metrics to inform strategy.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead through change.
