Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI)
  • Attend and assist customers in-store with comprehensive product knowledge
  • Influence and drive jewelry sales through consultative selling techniques
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards within the store
  • Address and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
  • Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers
  • Handle payment transactions and prepare merchandise for delivery
  • Retain both new and existing customers by delivering excellent service
  • Monitor and manage store inventory efficiently
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
  • Work effectively on POS, ERP systems, and platforms like Magento
