  • As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and offering support to meet their needs, actively listening to customer preferences and providing personalized solutions, and showcasing products in an appealing manner.">
  • Additionally, you will entice customers to purchase our jewelries and other available products by discussing services and products offered by the store, educating customers on our offerings.">
  • Key responsibilities also include providing customers with product details, pricing information, and demonstrations, as well as offering styling advice within customers' budgets and educating them on jewelry cuts, quality, design language, and specifications.">
  • Furthermore, you will assist with wrapping and bagging purchases, acquire customer details and create customer codes, provide cashier data and product weights, and ensure smooth payment processes for customers.">
  • Also, you will update store inventory and maintain sales records, take responsibility for assigned counters, and report to the Store Manager.">

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including effective communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Understanding of sales principles, including understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.">

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments, with a proven track record of meeting targets and achieving sales goals.">
