Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations team with the following responsibilities:

  • Supervision of warehouse staff & activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Develop and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall company activities.

  • Result-oriented, can drive data / fact-based process change journey.
Technical
  • Very good exposure and end-to-end understanding of B2B/B2C operations.
  • Good experience using lean / six sigma and other problem-solving methodologies.
  • Knowledge of legacy applications like WMS & Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge on Data Modeling, Data mining & data analysis.
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in managing team and workflow management.
  • 3 years of experience in B2C Outbound & returns management & ticket raising on different marketplaces.
  • Highly responsible in cost exposure and revenue leakage avoidance.
  • Well organized when working under pressure.
  • Understanding of lean principles, use Lean tools to organize/lead.
  • Familiarity with A.P. Moller Maersk group policies and corporate values.
  • Understanding of processes, policies, compliance & relevant system-based knowledge for use in creating the right customer experience.
