Counsellor for Blood Bank: Ma in Psychology

**Job Summary**

The Blood Bank Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the blood bank department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of blood products for transfusion.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the activities of blood bank staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Oversee inventory management of blood products and supplies
- Perform venipuncture, blood sampling, and phlebotomy as needed
- Conduct laboratory procedures including ELISA testing and RNA extraction
- Provide training to staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses during blood donation or transfusion procedures

**Skills**
- Proficiency in blood banking procedures and CT analysis
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and laboratory protocols
- Experience with venipuncture techniques and blood sample collection
- Ability to phlebotomize patients efficiently and safely
- Familiarity with ELISA testing methods and RNA extraction processes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
