Position: Line Operator - Recipe Specialist

Position Overview:
The Line Operator - Recipe Specialist will be entrusted with the responsibility to accurately mix ingredients as per the specified recipe, ensuring the right proportion of water is added, and interchanging connections to prepare the perfect beverage batch. They are integral to upholding the premium taste and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recipe Preparation: Accurately measure and mix ingredients based on the provided list, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

2. Water Proportioning: Precisely add the specified amount of water to the mix to maintain the desired consistency of the beverage.

3. Equipment Handling: Skillfully interchange connections, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

4. Quality Assurance: Continuously supervise the quality of the beverage being manufactured, reporting any discrepancies directly to the supervisor.

5. Maintenance & Cleanliness: Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with stringent hygiene standards.

6. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.

7. Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of new recipes, methodologies, and machinery advancements to ensure efficient operations.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with quality assurance, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless production.

Qualifications & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with machinery and tools related to beverage production.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Capability to thrive in a high-paced work setting.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to stand for prolonged durations.
- Ability to lift and maneuver ingredients and equipment weighing between 25 to 30 kg.
