Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Zero line stoppages daily.
• Inventory accuracy and adherence to norms.
• Reduction in customer complaints through effective countermeasures.
• Equipment availability and functionality compliance with PM schedules.
• Team efficiency and skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proven experience years) in warehouse management and logistics operations, preferably in the auto-component manufacturing / Engineering industry.
• Any graduate in Engineering is must.
• Strong leadership skills to manage teams and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Proficiency in WMS and related inventory systems such as SAP, ERP, etc.
• Experience in implementing Kaizens and driving efficiency improvements.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional team
• Should have good hands on experience in handling a large team size
