At Iliosdigital, our purpose is highly motivated Fresher to join our Bidding and Procurement Team. The candidate will assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids for projects as well as managing procurement activities to support business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in tendering, vendor management, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Activities

· Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents and commercial proposals.

· Collect and organize technical and commercial inputs from internal teams and vendors.

· Review tender documents to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

· Maintain tender tracking sheets, manage bid calendars, and ensure timely submissions.

· Support in preparing bid comparison sheets, justification reports, and commercial analysis.

· Follow up with clients and internal teams for bid clarifications and document approvals.

  • Procurement Activities

· Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.

· Maintain vendor database and ensure proper documentation of supplier credentials.

· Track order deliveries, update procurement status, and ensure timely material/service availability.

· Support in invoice verification and vendor payment follow-ups.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.

Skills Required:

· Good communication skills (written and verbal).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic understanding of procurement and tendering processes.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
