Brief Job Description:

  • Content Development

  • Design and develop structured Multimedia learning modules in formats such asvideo, eBooks, and interactive tools

  • Create both microlearning and long-form content aligned with current industrystandards and learner outcomes
  • Write accurate, well-researched content, scripts, and storyboards tailored forMultimedia and Design education.

  • Academic Engagement

  • Conduct engaging Masterclasses, Guest Lectures, and Workshops for studentsacross institutions

  • Mentor students on real-world design projects, UI/UX case studies, and capstoneassignments
  • Facilitate faculty development programs to enhance teaching methodologies andtech fluency
  • Support student teams participating in design and multimedia competitions like24FPS International Animation Awards and MAAC Creative League.

  • Industry Research & Curriculum Innovation

  • Stay current with the latest tools, platforms, and trends in design, UI/UX, webdevelopment, and creative technologies

  • Integrate Generative AI and automation tools into curriculum design whereverrelevant
  • Perform ongoing research on global trends in Multimedia education to ensurecurriculum relevance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, Writers, and other SMEsto develop immersive content experiences

  • Partner with industry and academic experts to keep learning content aligned withAVGC and digital design industry demands.

  • Flexibility & Growth

  • Willingness to work under tight timelines and across different content deliveryformats

  • Continuously upskill in emerging tools, design systems, and pedagogical techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any formal or informal education in Design, Communication, or related fields is acceptable.Practical expertise matters most.

  • Experience

  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in design studios, digital agencies, or productteams

  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum creation is highly desirable.

  • Language Skills

  • Strong in spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly articulateand simplify technical and conceptual design topics.

  • Preferred Background

  • Design professionals looking to make an impact in education and curriculumdevelopment

  • Educators with strong content creation and digital design expertise.
