We are looking for a Senior MERN Developer with proven leadership experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to guide a team in both development and approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and guidance.
  • Develop, optimize, and scale web applications primarily using the MERN stack.
  • Contribute to backend development in Python for APIs and integrations.
  • Support the team in evaluating and implementing the right technical approaches.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new developers when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Working experience with Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
  • Ability to architect and implement scalable web applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of development experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in a team environment.
