Lean Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in driving Lean culture in Adas.
• Drives Kaizen in plant
• Implement and sustain 5S methodology in organization.
• Identifies, evaluates, and resolves non-routine problems, focuses on modern problem-solving tools.
• Designing and implementing basic Material Movement flow and Kanban systems as per Lean standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Plant Layout and Process mapping.
• Provide training to develop lean culture in plant
• Working with cross-functional team to drive the continuous improvement culture in Plant

Interactions:

• Production, Maintenance , Engneering & Production R&D. 

Organization:

• Directly Reports : Sr. Engineer Lean

Professional Experience and Education:

• Graduate in Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing

Specific Knowledge:

• English (Moderate)

• GB Training

Specific Competencies:

• Communication

• Project Management
