Role & responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive Automotive Lubricants to drive product sales and channel development in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned region.
- Generate demand for automotive lubricants through direct field visits, mechanic meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Ensure effective brand visibility and product placement at retail points.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and field intelligence to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or Science); MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
- Experience: 3-5 years in field sales, preferably in lubricants, FMCG, auto parts, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target driven.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and extensive travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
