Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates, building strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers, and ensuring successful placements. The recruiter should have solid knowledge of US staffing, work authorizations, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizen consultants.
- Work closely with bench candidates to understand their skill sets and career goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Submit resumes to job postings, client requirements, and vendor lists.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize profitability.
- Track and maintain database of consultants, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure quick turnaround time on submissions and follow-ups.
- Maintain transparency and regular updates with candidates on interview schedules and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of proven experience in
US IT Bench Sales Recruiting
. - Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, including visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
- Proficiency with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal).
