Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
ABAP Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in the
Restful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
and
API-based interface development
. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of
SAP Clean Core methodologies
and modern development practices within the
SAP S/4HANA
environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP.

  • Build scalable services and applications using SAP RAP, including:

  • Behaviour Definitions

  • CDS Views

  • Service Bindings

  • Design and implement API-based integrations, including:

  • OData APIs

  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Services (optional)

  • SAP Standard & Custom APIs

  • Collaborate with SAP BTP and Integration Suite (CPI) teams for end-to-end interface architecture, build, and testing.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles with minimal custom code and maximum extensibility.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot ABAP/RAP issues, and drive performance optimization.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and integration teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP development best practices, security standards, and coding conventions.
