About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on development experience to join our SAP team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ABAP programming, integration (IDocs, BAPI, BDC), and SAP Business One (SAP B1) data structures, along with experience in SAP ECC migration and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, function modules, BAPIs, IDOCs, and BDC scripts to support business processes.
  • Work on SAP B1 to ECC migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration.
  • Develop and enhance interfaces using PI/PO, IDOCs, APIs, and other integration tools.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, database tables, views, and migration routines.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) between systems using ABAP and SAP B1 SDK tools.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for existing SAP solutions and ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing (unit/integration/UAT), and documentation to maintain code quality and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of strong SAP ABAP development experience, including implementation and support.
  • Hands-on experience with IDOCs, BAPI, BDC, Function Modules, and related ABAP components.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP B1 data structures, SQL Server / SAP HANA, and SAP technical architecture.
  • Experience with SAP B1 SDK, data migration tools, and integration via PI/PO or APIs.
  • Proven ability to write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP ABAP or SAP Business One Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with data migration methodologies and tools (e.g., LSMW, BODS, or custom ABAP loaders).
  • Exposure to S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
