We Are Hiring for Rapido for the role – Business Development Executive

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹21,600/month

Experience: Open to Fresher's & Experienced Candidates

Job Summary:

Empathex Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Executives for Rapido. We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Male and Females candidates (both) who are passionate about field work and business development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Promote and install the Rapido customer application.


• Install minimum of 8 new Rapido apps daily on customers' phones.


• Earn ₹120 incentive per app for every successful installation beyond 8 per day.


• Maintain clear communication with customers.


• Report daily activity to team lead/manager.

Eligibility Criteria:


• Education: 10th is mandatory


• Age Limit: 18 to 39 years


• Communication Skills: Must have good communication and convincing skills


• Experience: Fresher's and experienced candidates both can apply

Salary & Benefits:


• Basic Salary:₹21,600/- per month


• Incentives: ₹120 per app installation after the first 8/- day


• Working Days: 6 days a week
