We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Functional Consultant with 310 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise in Workday modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Workday modules including:

  • Core HCM

  • Benefits
  • Advanced Compensation
  • Advanced Reporting
  • EIBs

  • Calculated Fields

  • Design and implement business process configurations and enhancements.

  • Lead or support onboarding, job requisition, and recruitment business processes.
  • Participate in Talent Review testing and rollout.
  • Analyze Workday release updates and assess impact on existing configurations.
  • Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering, design reviews, and finalizing configurations.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and EIB integrations.
  • Support year-end activities, unit testing, and UAT.
  • Guide business and functional users on best practices and system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem, with a focus on Workday.
  • Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • Strong understanding of business process redesign principles and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and executives.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with a growth mindset and passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
