We at Yusen Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. are looking for Sales Co-ordination role for Gurgaon location.

Role & responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in generating quotations for Air and Sea freight (Import & Export).
  • Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, agents, and internal operations to collect rates and transit

details.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and pricing information.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer reports.

Customer Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to rates, schedules, shipment

updates, and service requirements.

  • Provide timely responses to customer requests and follow up on pending quotations.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Operational Coordination

  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure timely booking, documentation, and cargo movement.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents for rates, routings, and shipment arrangements.
  • Track shipments (air & sea) and provide updates to clients and the sales team.
  • Ensure all documents (BL, AWB, invoices, permits, etc.) are complete and accurate.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for quotations, customer correspondence, and shipment

records.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and international partners.
