Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners. This role demands a dynamic, result-oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for client satisfaction and event execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.
