Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, generating leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks also include devising and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, following up with potential leads, maintaining productive client relationships, and collaborating with the team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales strategies
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Proven track record in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a significant advantage
