Job Title: Sales Engineer Industrial Automation & Packaging

About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales Engineer to drive sales of industrial automation and packaging machinery. If you are proactive, target-driven, and passionate about sales, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, networking & market research.
  • Sell and promote industrial products: CIJ, TTO, TIJ, Laser Printers, sensors, encoders, conveyors.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders & payments.
  • Build & maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide demos, technical support & coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain sales reports & contribute to team targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • 2-8 years of field sales experience (industrial automation preferred). Freshers welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license; willing to travel within Gujarat.
