Your Role We are actively seeking an offline marketing manager who has experience with events, exhibitions, activations organization and with printed materials and in handling Suppliers & advertising agencies. Your role will encompass measuring and reporting performance of all offline campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). As an offline marketing manager you will be planning, designing & monitoring our offline presence. Join us in creativity & generating applicable ideas to achieve marketing goals and driving our organization's growth. Your Responsibilities Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners Plan out localised BTL campaigns in conjunction with city heads. Build a network of localised marketing vendor in every city Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination Oversee design/dev/distribution of all marketing collaterals and material Closely monitor campaigns and device clear matrix Organizing company conferences and customer/partner events. Define clear objectives and monitoring of campaigns with a clear visibility on ROI Your Experience 3-5 years' experience preferably in FMCG, Telecom, Mobile, Consumer technology. Actively involved in end to end execution of Offline marketing campaigns Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills Data driven Team player Entrepreneurial mindset ability to see and derive value out of every association Your Qualifications Graduate/Masters/MBA or degree in relevant domain.
