Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and drive offline marketing initiatives for our product range. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, developing partnerships, and executing offline campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote the company's products.
Identify and build relationships with distributors, retailers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Plan and manage offline campaigns such as trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and in-store activations.
Drive sales growth through BTL (Below the Line) activities, branding, and local marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop targeted marketing strategies.
Negotiate partnerships and collaborations to expand product reach in offline markets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
Monitor ROI of offline marketing activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all offline promotions.
Manage marketing budgets for offline activities effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3–7 years) in offline marketing/business development in a product-based company.
Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with event management, promotional activities, and channel development.
Ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits, events, and campaigns.
