Job Role : Sales & Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, executing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for branding, content, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Media, Events, or B2B sectors).
  • Leadership qualities with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
