Position Overview

Exxeella Education Group is hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing for both Abroad Education and Immigration Services. The role involves planning and executing end-to-end digital and offline campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, generating qualified enquiries, and supporting student/immigration recruitment teams. Ideal for professionals with strong marketing experience in education, immigration, or service industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

* Plan and execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads & Meta Ads.

* Build creative content strategies aligned with global education and immigration trends.

* Manage SEO/SEM, landing pages, lead funnels, and webinar-based campaigns.

* Create targeted ads for IELTS/PTE, Study Abroad programs, Canada PR, Australia PR, and Work Permits.

* Monitor analytics, lead performance, and ROI with weekly/monthly reports.

2. Offline Marketing

* Organize Education Fairs, College Seminars, Spot Admissions & University Outreach programs.

* Conduct Immigration Awareness Workshops, Corporate Sessions & Community Outreach.

* Manage brochures, banners, standees, hoardings, and other offline branding materials.

* Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and professional groups.

3. Brand Management & Compliance

* Maintain consistent brand identity for both Abroad Education and Immigration verticals.

* Ensure accuracy and compliance in all immigration promotional content.

* Review, approve, and guide creative assets and marketing collaterals.

4. Coordination & Support

* Collaborate closely with counselling, operations, and documentation teams.

* Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and campaign recommendations.

* Align marketing plans with monthly business targets and admission/PR goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Proven experience in digital & offline marketing.

* Understanding of Study Abroad, PR categories, and work permit markets (preferred).

* Strong command over advertising platforms, SEO tools, and CRM systems.

* Excellent communication, planning, and team coordination skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for performance.
