About New Kore VFX
New Kore VFX is a visual effects studio with experience delivering post-production services for films, series, ads, and digital content. Our work spans compositing, rotoscoping, paint, matchmove, CG, and on-set supervision. We work with production houses and studios worldwide to meet delivery timelines and maintain quality.
Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Executive / Tech Support to assist our artists and maintain the technical setup of the studio. This role involves resolving issues with VFX software (Nuke, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Unreal), maintaining workstations, and supporting render farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for Nuke, Maya, Houdini, Blender, and Unreal.
- Troubleshoot software crashes, license issues, and system slowdowns.
- Maintain artist workstations, including installation, upgrades, and repairs.
- Monitor render farm jobs and assist artists with submissions.
- Handle network connectivity issues and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Keep track of software licenses, hardware inventory, and system logs.
- Perform regular backups and check storage health (NAS/SAN).
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT or technical support.
- Familiarity with Nuke (required) and knowledge of other VFX software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux systems.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve issues quickly during production work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
