**Job description**

**Tech Mahindra is hiring for immediate joiners for a premium process
- Location Chandivali.**

**Designation: Associate Customer Service**

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Responsible to address and resolve Consumer & Commercial queries, requests and complaints.
- Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.
- Answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Figure out best ways to ensure that customers are happy with the services.

**Key skills required**:

- Good English communications skills.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**Salary will be 19k in hand.**

**Qualification: Graduate + Fresher Can apply**

**HSC + Min 6 Month's mandatory (On paper).**

**Age Limit : 18 to 35**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
