Manager - Solar Modules Sales

Role & responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales of solar PV modules in the C&I segment through channel partners, EPCs, and direct sales.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Analyze regional market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with organizational targets.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales funnel, forecasts, and partner performance using CRM/MIS systems.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key C&I clients.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in solar module sales, specifically in channel development and mid-market sales.
  • Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, pricing models, and industry dynamics.
