Job Title:
Tele Sales Executive

Location:
Bangalore

Experience:
1–3 years (Candidates with strong tele-sales background preferred)

Languages Required:
Fluent Hindi + any South Indian language (Preference: Malayalam)

Joining:
Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with end users of the loyalty program.


• Drive redemptions by actively promoting offers and encouraging customers to redeem their reward points via the portal.


• Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance redemption experience.


• Convert service interactions into sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.


• Manage and update call records, feedback, and redemption-related data accurately.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth redemption and resolution processes.

Who Can Apply:


• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, credit card, insurance, or customer engagement roles.


• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.


• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and any South Indian language (Malayalam preferred).


• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM or portal-based systems.


• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
