We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Tele Sales Executive to manage lead engagement and conversions from our office. This role involves interacting with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp—no field visits required. You will understand prospect needs, explain mutual fund solutions and platform features, and guide them through the onboarding process. Consistent follow-ups, CRM accuracy, and hitting monthly targets are key.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage leads via phone and WhatsApp (office-based role)
  • Explain product offerings and help customers understand mutual fund options
  • Qualify and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
  • Keep detailed records of all calls, chats, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion goals

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi (Malayalam optional if needed)
  • Full-time, office-based availability
  • Interest in finance/investment products
  • Confident, self-driven, and good at follow-ups
  • Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
