Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee all quality systems and processes at our beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, compliance, and quality control, especially within the beverage or FMCG industry, and will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across raw materials, in-process checks, and final product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC protocols, SOPs, and quality systems aligned with FSSAI and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct quality checks for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure they meet internal and statutory specifications.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and documentation compliance.
  • Manage HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety systems within the factory premises.
  • Train production and operations teams on quality best practices, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA for customer complaints or quality deviations.
  • Liaise with procurement and production to ensure supplier quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and dashboards related to QA performance and metrics.
  • Ensure cleanroom practices, microbial sampling, and lab testing protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance in the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other QA standards.
  • Experience handling audits, compliance inspections, and documentation control.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, QA dashboards, and lab equipment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading a team.
  • Should be open to working in a factory-based role at Bahadurgarh.
