Line Supervisor

•* ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar technical field (preferred).Role Overview*

We need an experienced Line Supervisor for our beverage factory in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The main work will be to supervise the production line, manage workers, and make sure machines are running properly. The main responsibility is to keep the production line running smoothly and safely.

Main Responsibilities

· Supervise the full production line (RFC, filling, capping, shrink, filler, etc.) during the shift.

· Make sure workers/helpers are operating the machines correctly and safely as per SOPs.

· Train new operators and helpers on how to run and clean the machines, and follow hygiene and safety rules.

· Monitor line performance (speed, output, wastage) and report issues.

· Support basic troubleshooting and only operate the machine when required for training or issue resolution.

· Check that product quality and packaging are as per standard and inform the Quality team if there is any problem.

· Maintain basic records of production, downtime, and issues during the shift.

· Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safety on the production floor.

· Coordinate with Production Supervisor/Manager to achieve daily and shift-wise production targets.

· Work with the Production Supervisor/Manager to meet daily production targets..

· Prepare product recipes (as per standard formula sheets) and ensure correct mixing of ingredients and batches.

· Check that recipes are followed properly for every batch (Brix, taste, ratio, etc. as per instructions).

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a line operator in a beverage industry (must).
• Previous experience in running RFC, filling, capping, shrink, and filler machines.

•Basic knowledge of machine operation and simple troubleshooting.

•Ability to train and guide workers on machine use and safety.

•Understanding of food industry rules like hygiene, safety, and GMP.

•Ready to work in shifts and handle production pressure.

•Able to read, write, and maintain basic reports and records.
