Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Pune. The Cluster Manager will oversee the daily operations of dairy farms, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage the supply chain from milking to delivery. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with local farmers, maintaining quality control, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery of fresh dairy products. The role also involves resolving operational issues, reporting on performance, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Experience in farm management, dairy operations, and supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory compliance in the dairy industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Dairy Science, Business Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
