Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Admin Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role assists and supports daily office needs and helps with organizational and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors/technicians for issues related to:
· Computers and laptops
· Internet and Telephone systems
· Biometric attendance systems
· CCTV maintenance and troubleshooting
· Air-conditioning services
· Printers and photocopiers
- Report and follow up on any facility or equipment-related issues until resolved.
- Maintain logs of equipment repairs, service schedules, and warranties.
- Order and manage stock for:
· Housekeeping materials
· Office stationery
- Ensure all materials are adequately stocked and distributed.
- Manage and assign tasks to office boys in their absence or when required.
Key Requirements
- 1 -5 years of prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
- Good communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and vendor management experience
- Basic understanding of office equipments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
