WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and tech-savvy Retention & CRM Specialist to lead customer re-engagement, loyalty, and lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

You'll own the complete retention funnel — from segmentation, automation, and personalization to campaign analytics and ROI optimization — using tools like Contlo, KwikEngage, , GoKwik etc...

Your goal is to  increase repeat purchases, improve CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and build a strong community that loves our brand — not just our discounts.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Retargeting & Lifecycle Campaigns:

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS) for abandoned carts, browse abandonment, win-back, new user onboarding, COD confirmation, and post-purchase journeys.
  • Build automated flows and drip journeys in tools like Contlo, , or KwikEngage.
  • Strategize and test campaigns for different customer cohorts (new, repeat, inactive, VIP, etc.).*
  • Run retargeting logic synced with Meta Ads, GoKwik, and Shopify customer segments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retention roadmap covering lifecycle marketing, reactivation, and loyalty.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization:

  • Segment customers based on RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and buying behavior.
  • Create personalized messages and product recommendations for different personas.
  • Manage and update dynamic customer lists for ongoing campaigns.
  • Create and manage customer segments using RFM analysis, behavioral data, and CLV cohorts.

Content & Communication:

  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to create hooks, visuals, and offers for Email & WhatsApp journeys.
  • Maintain the right brand tone — emotional, elegant, and community-driven, not spammy.
  • Experiment with A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and message formats.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track performance metrics like Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, CLV, Unsubscribe Rate, CAC vs. LTV, ROAS for retention channels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
  • Analyze customer drop-off points and improve automation workflows.

Tools & Integrations:

  • Manage integrations between Shopify, GoKwik, , Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor UTM and attribution for retention campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy and DLT (SMS) rules.

Community & Loyalty:

  • Drive campaigns around UGC, referral programs, and loyalty points.
  • Create engagement-based campaigns (Festivals, Birthdays, Anniversaries, "Thank You" notes, etc.).
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives via Email/WhatsApp that increase emotional connection

WHO YOU ARE?

  1. 2–5 years of experience in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing in D2C or Fashion e-commerce.
  2. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and customer segmentation strategies
  3. Proven success in increasing repeat purchases and retention ROI.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  5. Expertise in automation platforms (Contlo, , KwikEngage, Klaviyo, GoKwik etc…).
  6. A passion for marketing with a proven track record in delivering Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies, including segmentation, incentivization, engagement, and retention.
  7. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, GA4, Shopify Analytics
  8. Creative mindset to translate data into engaging communication.
