Role: Team Lead – FEA (Finite Element Analysis)

Location: Pune | Full-time | On-site

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead – FEA to manage and guide our FEA project team. The candidate will oversee project execution, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering simulations and analysis. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience in FEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of FEA engineers, ensuring technical excellence and efficient project execution.
  • Manage FEA projects from planning to delivery, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Review and validate FEA models, simulations, and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and project management to deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical solutions to complex engineering problems and support clients with analysis results.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices within the FEA team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Relevant Engineering field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in FEA, including hands-on simulation and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in FEA software (ANSYS).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Defense, Nuclear, Marine, Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, or Steel Structure industries.
  • Knowledge of design validation, prototype testing, and R&D processes.
